All prices have to be understood as net-prices and have to be paid plus statutory VAT.

The goods remain the property of KEITEL Büro-Ausstattung until full payment has been made.

The term of payment is 8 days after receipt of the goods.

In the event of a delay in payment, an additional reminder and processing fee of €10.00 will be charged from the 4th week.

Warranty/Exchange

The warranty corresponds to the valid legal regulations.

Goods can only be exchanged with an invoice or receipt.

Used goods cannot be exchanged.

Reduced goods are excluded from the exchange.
